My go to coffee is an extra hot Kozyy cup. They're smoothies are also very good, tasteful and very natural. It is also on my way to work every single day.

Cute little coffee shop with delicious drinks and food. Service was fast and friendly. Pricing is also cheaper than other shops I've been to. Will be back. One of the better coffee shops/cafés in Tri-Cities.

Great place to go for service with a smile and I don't know any place else you can get mushroom coffee served the way you like it. The ladies are great. The atmosphere is wonderful. Love me some kozy kup!

Cozy Kup is my go-to coffee spot in Tri-Cities when I need to get computer work done outside the house. Today’s visit was amazing—the red-haired server was incredibly kind, present, and made my (very specific!) coffee order perfectly without any judgment or impatience. That kind of service really makes all the difference. I ordered a 12oz iced Americano with 2 shots regular espresso, 1 shot white coffee, extra heavy whipping cream, and honey. It came out smooth, creamy, and exactly how I wanted it - for just $5.30. They use real heavy cream and actual honey, which is a rare find these days! The shop has free Wi-Fi, a variety of indoor seating for laptop and paperwork time, and a menu full of creative drink ideas. I love that they offer white coffee, heavy whip, honey and a variety of energy drink options like Red Bull, Lotus, fruit smoothies, juices, and teas. They also have baked goods (though I wish they had a gluten-free option!) and espresso beans for sale. In full honesty, service quality can vary. On a previous visit, the barista seemed a bit impatient/rude and my drink came out burnt-tasting and watery despite paying for extra cream. But when you get a kind and attentive server like today, it’s a five-star experience all around... Cozy Kup is definitely worth checking out—especially if you like your coffee customized and your atmosphere relaxed!

My first sip I was like, WTH. The coffee was unique in a way I hadn't experienced. After about the 3rd sip I was really into it and ended up buying a bag of beans on my way out. Really special flavor!

If you like heavy cream in your coffee, they carry it here. Nice place to sit down and enjoy a relaxing atmosphere and good coffee. Plenty of space.

Stopped in while in the area and had such a pleasant experience at The Kozy Cup. The staff was genuinely friendly, everything ran smoothly, and the cozy atmosphere made it clear this is a well-run local coffee shop. Definitely a place you’re happy to come back to.

Met up with some friends for coffee and energy drinks. Perfect place to catch up. Lots of areas to sit that are separated enough so you don't feel like you are in everyone's business. We were able to hang out for about an hour and had a great time. Love that they now have an area for kids. The staff was super kind and helped me pick a yummy drink.
